Outdoor weddings in Stillwater, Minnesota have many challenges. Today alone there was traffic from the Stillwater marathon, noise from the events taking place in Lowell Park, and (as always) the lift-bridge delays. Sure, there is a lot to put up with if you are getting married on the terrace at Stillwater Public Library, but it's worth it! Celia and Cole managed to entertain their out of town guests with boat rides, shopping downtown, and great meals without ever having to leave Stillwater! They solved the problems listed above with a good set of directions, and by starting their walk down the aisle just five minutes late.
Celia and Cole introduced me to a phenomenal wedding photographer, Scott Dahlseid. I haven't seen any of Celia's pictures yet, but I had so much fun watching Scott work, and seeing some creative ways he captured the events of the day. It is definitely worth your time to check out the film section of his website.
